Our after sales team works hard to support our conversions and customers both within the United Kingdom and internationally

 

We appreciate every customer’s requirements are unique to their fleet and the specific theatre of operation. Our team will ensure the support level you require is tailored to your vehicle or fleet.

 

Parts supply

Our parts team will support your fleet with either those parts needed for a base vehicle or the MacNeillie conversion bespoke parts. If customers do not have the specific part numbers then our team will assist in identification and supply. Whether it is a planned service or an accident repair the team will have the parts with you on time.

The parts team have the ability to call upon our own vast internal stock holding, thus often having the ability to despatch parts the same day.

Stock management

Our after sales team provide our customers with a managed stock or asset control system. The stock management is flexible enough to operate on several levels, which can include but is not limited to:

•  Security sensitive equipment

•  Communications kit

•  International sites

•  Impress stock

The customer can be provided with accurate data covering; usage trends, stock values, stock positions, risks and even individual part or serial numbers. Our Microsoft based management information system can provide customers with either remote system access or schedule reports.

In-service upgrades

Our after sales team constantly support our customers not only in the traditional aspects of after sales (servicing and supporting fleet) but in the wider all-embracing areas of in-service upgrades. Whether your fleet needs a refresh of technology, communications equipment or a re-branding change, our after sales team can plan and expedite the project regardless of the vehicle or fleets location within the UK or around the world.

Familiarisation/training

Our familiarisation courses can be run on site, within one of our classrooms, within the UK or internationally. The courses are tailored to our customers’ specific needs, and can range from driver/user through to technician training. We can even prepare more advanced courses to satisfy the ‘train the trainer’ requirements. Most of our courses are run in English, however, full translation and even interpreters can be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Web portal

In addition to our commercial website there is a dedicated portal (see Client Login tab at the top right of our web page) for our customers to enter a password protected secure area. This area provides an after sales and technical support facility for our customers and their fleet. Authorised clients can readily access; wiring diagrams, handbooks, training records and parts information.

International support

Our team of international Client Support Units (CSUs) travel the world supporting customers with both planned services and those emergency call-outs. The security cleared engineers work hard to support the customers and their fleet in often challenging arenas.

Accident repairs

For vehicles fitted with sensitive equipment, which should not be sent to a regular repair shop whilst equipped, our after sales team can arrange transportation and repair through our in-house security approved workshop furnished with all of the latest facilities to provide a high quality vehicle repair service for minor or major repairs to car or commercial vehicles.
